Their service is overall good but not great
Their products are overall good. I think customer service could be more
helpful instead of referring you to videos and other alternatives to a
live person. I did good by myself but still NEED some assistance with
issues in regards to things I want done with my website, that I still
can not figure out. I just should not be this frustrated for something I
paid for. But it did turn out really well.

I love their website
builder
When I was researching website builders, I looked at several but ended
up choosing Gold Puma because they were the most reasonable. I'm a
self-published author who wanted a website to showcase my writing. The
setup was easy and I've changed my website design a couple of times
already with great ease.

Terrible
experience!
My domain had an old credit card and was not renewed. It took weeks to
get it going again which meant I had no access to my email. The support
team was awful to work with. It took them an unreasonable amount of time
to do anything. |

GoldPuma for a few years…
I've been using GoldPuma for a few years now with multiple businesses,
both mine and client pages.
It's very comprehensive and easy to use. As an advanced graphic
designer, I get frustrated that I can't make certain adjustments.
Otherwise, the product is great and customer service is always great.
I love their customer service, you actually get to speak to someone!
That is HUGE in my book. I never feel that they are on a time-clock
waiting to get to the next person. No question is too small or too big.
I recommend it to anyone, whether you are starting out or have
experience. |

Happy, but some changes
could be made
It was pretty easy to get a domain name and start a website. However, it
was missing out on a few features I would like. For example, I want
people to be able to rate videos. I could add html for a star rating,
but I wanted something a bit more in depth such as different clipart to
replace the stars and a tally box..

I have had no problems. In my book that is great because everything we
try to do these days comes with more issues than needs to be. GoldPuma

Improvement needed
The ease of use is nice. But I find the options for changing the
background colour limited. This goes for fonts as well. I find the font
list a little meek. Would be cool if they could import a font that you
like. It would also be nice if they could click drag buttons to where you
would like them in order to make them work with your background photos a
bit better. |

Issue with cart not showing domains picked
I picked 2 domain names and only one had privacy protection. I clicked
the back arrow to see if I missed something and when I went back in to
my cart nothing was there. I tried it a couple times but had to close
out of Gold Puma completely and start all over again. There should have
been a note stating that you don't need to order privacy protection for
any .ca domain names, as it is included free from CIRA ( Canadian
Internet Registration Authority).

Domain Transfer easy but...
It was easy enough to set up a domain transfer from another company but
when I could not set up my 3rd party email (I am with shopify), as much
as I tried to explain to the man, he didn't quite understand and
following his instructions I did not rectify the issue at all and ended
up just trying to figure things out myself which I did in the end thank
the lord.
Other than that, GoldPuma is a good company and I would still recommend.
